Yoga

Our hatha yoga classes are taught with continuous flow taking you further in your flexibility and balance than you even thought possible.   With focus and instruction on mind, body, and breath connection, you will learn to be present in every moment, increase your flexibility, and live life more fully. Each class has a portion of the choreography to include sun salutations, balance, hip openers, and hamstring flexibility.

Each Yoga class will be 55 minutes in length. Yoga class is currently offered Thursday mornings at 9am.
